3.2 Church Accounts

Church accounts are required to provide:

• Church email and password
• Church name and address
• Country and city
• Passcode
• Church description
• Media or gallery images

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use MyChurchNow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Upload false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality

5. Content and Media

5.1 User-Generated Content

Churches may upload media, images, or descriptions.

By uploading content, you:

• Confirm you have legal rights to the content
• Grant MyChurchNow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content within the App
• Agree not to upload content that violates laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove content without prior notice
• Restrict access for security or legal reasons

You may request account deletion at any time.

7. Privacy
